Had they pleasure of dealing with a contaminated DeF tank . Let's just say I was not happy having to deal with this. But on the positive note there is something to say about exceptional customer service when dealing with Something your not happy with and that's exactly what I got from Alan Dickens. He was very helpful and I appreciated his honesty. If you need service done and don't want to be pushed around go see Alan.
I was referred to Elmo by my mechanic. I wanted to trade my car in for something more efficient and reliable. Elmo went above and beyond to do whatever he could to get me a car. I was intending on getting a used car because they would be in my price range. Elmo kept in touch throughout the process. I found a new 2016 car in my price range and asked Elmo if that was possible. After weeks of jumping through hoops, Elmo got me approved for a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta! I was beyond excited!

One of the main reasons I traded in my BMW for a Jeep was the poor service at BMW of Austin, who was incapable of delivering acceptable service, let alone service befitting a luxury car dealer. Needless to say, I was a bit skeptical when I took my Grand Cherokee in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I remained skeptical even when I saw the "Express Lane" sign for oil changes. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Shortly after pulling in, Clay greeted me and arranged for my car to be taken back for service. Clay told me that the service might take 45 minutes because of the need for tire rotation as well. Well, in just about 20 minutes, one of the technicians, Brian, brought my Grand Cherokee back around. With the coupon available through Jeep, I got an oil change with semi-synthetic oil and a tire rotation for not much more than a conventional oil change from an oil change chain. Granted, Covert doesn't have the "service lounge" that the BMW dealer has. But when they get your car in and out in less than 30 minutes for routine service, having a clean restroom, snack machines, a water fountain, and Wi-Fi is more than ample for me. Both the sales and service departments at Covert make me glad that I've returned to being a Covert customer and a Jeep owner.
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler about a month ago and I had a great experience. I worked with Bart Gunkel and Chris Crawford. The sales process was laid back. I emailed the sales team before going to the dealership to let them know what I was looking for. Bart responded and gave me pricing information and options before I ever visited the dealership. I really liked this since I didn't want to feel rushed in person. When I visited the dealership, they only had a hard top on the lot in the color I wanted so they swapped the hard top for a new premium soft top and adjusted the sales price accordingly. I decided to add remote start and side rails and that process was made easy by Chris Crawford. I dropped off the car a few days after buying it, he gave me a loaner for the day, then he sent me text messages throughout the day with status updates. I picked up my jeep at the end of the day and was on my way. Chris told me to hold on to his cell phone number and to call him directly if I ever need anything. They did not have exactly what I wanted on their lot, but did not hesitate to find exactly what I wanted. I had done quite a bit of research and felt like they gave me a fair price as well as a fair trade in value. Delivered the vehicle to my door in which I appreciate also since I am 2 hours away. Easily the best car buying experience I've had to date. My salesman Thorne Smith was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of me...without annoying me like a lot of salespeople are prone to do. He pretty much cut through the sales-speak BS and treated me like a friend. He's been very helpful with some dealer mods I've made to the truck and continues to be a great resource! In general the folks there are very respectful of my time and continue to work hard to keep me happy. I will certainly be coming back for my next Ford.
I really appreciated Manny working hard to find the truck that matched my wish list. He then let me test drive trucks with the different engine options so that I could decide on the one I wanted. He and Bert (?) were a pleasure to work with while we worked out the details and options. I also want to thank the lady I worked with in Finance (sorry I can't recall her name, but she took the time to answer my questions and explain the options.

We stayed in touch with our sales associate, Matthew Adams, over the phone until we were able to get up to Austin. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted for a great price. When we arrived to the dealership, he had it waiting there for us and we took our test drive and the deal was sealed. Great customer service!!

After a HORRIBLE experience at Leif Johnson Ford (charged me for an inspection, admitted that they never inspected my car two weeks later, though they still gave me an inspection sticker-- Is this Illegal?) Because of the mistakes made by Leif Johnson's service team my breaks were never checked due to the lack of inspection.... Here I am two months later getting them replaced.. However, the team at Covert Ford were far more professional and efficient. Not only were they able to squeeze me in for the break replacement, but they also performed an ACTUAL car inspection without me having to ask. -I trust Covert with my Ford from this day forward. We worked with Scotty and he was absolutely spectacular. After our 2014 Lincoln overheated on the side of the road, we got towed here on a Monday. He looked up our vehicle, verified ID and insurance, and completed intake in what felt like a very short amount of time. We were off in our loaner vehicle and he advised us it would be looked at in 2-3 days. By day 3, it was washed with an additional oil change and tire rotation (we asked for that and paid). He was super easy to work with, smart, knowledgeable, and made it a desirable experience. We will be back to work with him @ Covert.
I went in to look for a car and had in mind what I wanted. Tom met me at the door, and I'm glad he did! We were planning to walk to lot, look for some options, see what we wanted. Tom brought us inside and said simply "what do you want and what is your goal." We told him, and we sat down with him and he showed me what he had that we wanted, as well as what he could get from other Coverts as a trade if necessary. He was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. 3 hours later we drove out of there in a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I'm thankful for all the individuals who helped us as they made sure to help us get what I wanted. I did not want a Cherokee, not a grand Cherokee, ONLY the Trailhawk verszion and they knew that and did not try to sell us anything else. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Donnie and Mark in finance helped us execute paperwork flawlessly and had us in and out. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

I purchased my new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude 4x4 from Covert and am very happy with how I was treated and the process. I'm a fairly straight forward buyer as I do a lot of up front research, and I take forever, but then when I know exactly what I want and how much I'm willing to pay, I look for a dealer that will give a straight yes or no and do the deal. I negotiated two back and forth emails with Bart after I found a unit I liked on the Covert lot. He gave a "best price", I countered with my best bottom line, he said "let's do it". I came in that evening and closed the deal with Dwight and drove it out. Less than an hour in and out. They took a personal check for the entire purchase price, and the paperwork guy didn't hassle me trying to sell extras. The only glitch was my USAA Certificate which should have given an additional $500 off my best price wouldn't key into the software system. I don't blame Covert for that, as it was a Chrysler issue. I told them I'll just deal with that on the back end. After emailing Chrysler all my paperwork they honored the Certificate and mailed me a check. This is my first Jeep after being a Chevy Truck driver forever. I like the Grand Cherokee. It's the perfect combination of practicality and luxury without being showy or pretentious. Better than a Range Rover but $30K less.

The sales process at Covert Ford was extremely easy and hassle free. My salesman Mitch Larkin was efficient and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I had in mind. I called at 8 am to let him know I would be in at 1 pm. When I got there he had both vehicles I had in mind ready for the test drive. I chose the one I liked and the used car sales manager Vince Segura and I reached an agreement on price within 15 minutes. They got me in the finance office with Susan, who was also very efficient and friendly, and I was out of there by 3pm. That is a fast and easy buying experience for sure!
